The USS Lexington CV-16 docked in Corpus Christi, TX. The Lexington is an Essex-class aircraft carrier built in 1943. She was used in the Pacific theater of World War II. The Japanese nicknamed her the Blue Ghost after she was reported to have been sunk numerous times. The Lexington was decommissioned in 1991.
